Just Right
The apartment was “just right” for us. We are a family of five from Canada. The apartment was clean, well equiped and incredibly well located. It is located in a “real neighbourhood” with supermarkets nearby and only 5-6 tube stops from the Palace of Westminster etc. Nothing fancy, but perfect for our needs.

Great London Apartment
This apartment is an excellent choice for those wanting convenience and easy access to London’s tourist centre, and also wanting a quiet stay in a safe neighbourhood. Only 300 m from the Tube and 750 m from a Tesco Superstore, this flat is a lovely place for visitors to establish a home base in London. The description offered is very accurate and the flat is well maintained.
I was especially impressed that the owner came over in rush hour in order to address our question about how to operation the stove top. In nice weather the small, private patio out back is a lovely place to eat meals.I would definitely stay here again on our next London visit and would give it a high recommendation to friends and family as well.

Convenient, lovely, clean apartment
The apartment is very nice and clean as described, on a charming street. It is quite close to the Piccadilly Line and to the District Line which means that it is very convenient for sight-seeing.We had a problem with a bathroom sink stopper, which was fixed while we were out sight-seeing the same day I sent an email informing Mal of the problem. I consider this excellent customer service. I would certainly recommend this property. We were seven: four adults and three children, and we were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the value.

Great Location, Nice, Clean, And Family Friendly
Our family enjoyed the stay at Comeragh Rd and called it “home” during our stay. All beds are comfortable and the bedding is clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils. Definite bonus is the washer/dryer on site. A few more storage/cupboards would have been helpful so one does not have to live out of the suitcase for a longer stay. The location is great! The theater/bar down the street is fabulous. Tube stations, grocery stores, restaurants, hair dresser, coffee shop, butcher, etc all in walking distance. We can highly recommend the flat and would definitely book it again.

Wonderful Flat
This flat was perfect for our family. Two teenage girls and parents. The flat was extremely clean and attractive! Everything we needed was there. The washer and dryer was a lifesaver as we thought we would have to find laundromat. All grate updating. Could use a mirror in each bedroom and although i am positive that all linens were clean the sheets and bedding in wardrobe were musty smelling probably because put away damp. Used bedding for single bed in bin.
The patio was wonderful. Breezy and shady and a nice retreat. I was a little worried after we booked when it said basement apt but it really was only half below ground And quite bright and cheery. This also kept the room cool with windows open. We loved this apartment! Were so lucky that it was available. You staff was so helpful on the phone. Thanks again

Convenient To Downtown London
My wife and I were visiting London with my daughter and two grandchildren who were making their first visit. This flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was clean and all of the appliances worked well. The cleaning deposit was returned a few days after we left. My only negative was that I made the advance payment through Home Away and the owner didn’t receive the payment until a week later. Their automated system sent me a notice that my reservation was canceled due to non-payment, If I had made the payment directly to Holiday Lets, this annoyance would have been avoided.
There is a commercial area with a nice bakery, butcher shop and grocery by the Baron’s Court tube station. The bakery sells out and has limited inventory after noon so early morning is the best time to visit. All in all I would highly recommend this flat for London visitors.

Just Like Home
The House was very clean all over. Including the bedding. But the heating control was timed and it was a bit cold so we had to use the small heater provided which was not sufficient.

Amazing Apartment From The Cleanliness
The property was amazing. The contact and information supplied was amazing. Location fab too. Three problems – the main thing was the cleanliness – the towels were damp upon arrival. General cleanliness was not the best. Dust around. Bathroom seemed ‘wiped’ clean. Crockery was not that clean. Quite a few plates and glasses especially were chipped. And the front door lock did not feel and look secure. It looked as though someone had tried to get in as some of the wooden frame was missing. Thanks!

Comfortable stay in nice apartment
We (two adults, two teenage kids) stayed 5 nights in Abbey Garden App. no. 10. The appartment was just as described and had all the necessary and described facilities and equipment. Indeed, a very stylish and practical appartment. Also being not too big, we can recommend it for families like us, searching for a nice base for exploring London. The owner provided an excellent customer service, very good handling and explanations for the appartment, plans for tube and buses etc..
Only the house inside (staircase etc.) is not so well looked after. In ten minutes approx. you can reach the nearest Underground station (Barons Court) which is a nice walk. Hammersmith is in zone 2 and it takes only 15 minutes to reach the centre of Londen. The appartment has a private parking lot which was one of the criteria for us to choose it. There is a supermarket, chemist and so on at a 10 minute walk. We would certainly come back and recommended this appartment already to friends
